The East Orange PAL Dragons Track and Field Team have both boys and girls between the ages of 7-14 participating in track and field meets throughout the country. This team also competes during the winter months. Currently the team has a youth girl 400 meter that won the gold medal in the Hershey's Chocolate National Track and Field Championship in Pennsylvania.

GIRLS (Ages 9-14)
The East Orange PAL introduces our girls to the basketball program by entering the girls between the ages of 9-14 to the sport of basketball. Physical coordination, teamwork and concentration are some of the techniques learned to improve the game and have some fun all at the same time.

GIRLS (Ages 14-17)
The East Orange PAL introduces our girls to the basketball program by entering the girls between the ages of 14-17 to the sport of basketball. Advanced physical coordination, teamwork and concentration are some of the skills required to enhance the game and have some fun all at the same time.

BOYS (Ages 12-17)
The East Orange PAL introduces community boys to the basketball program by entering the youth between the ages of 12-17 to the sport of basketball. Participants are rigorously trained in physical coordination, teamwork and concentration. While participating in this sport the youth learns discipline while having fun at the same time.

The Wildcats is a competitive football organization which operates under the direction of the East Orange PAL. The program prides itself in a rich tradition of success, with many of its teams winning local and regional championships over the last 5 years. Members of this program are between the ages 8-14.

The East Orange PAL Golden Gloves program serves as an intervention /prevention program for youth which uses the sport of amateur boxing as an alternative to anti-social behavior. Through the re-establishment of the extended family, the East Orange PAL provides youth with the opportunity to become successful in all walks of life. The East Orange PAL Boxing Team hosts four national champions. Our Junior Olympic boxers participate in state/national and train at our East Orange facility in Millburn. The program not only teaches boxing skills but discipline, courage and respect. Two of our boxers are ranked nationally and have won Golden Glove Championships. Members of this program are between the ages of 11-21.

East Orange PAL Karate offers martial arts programs for youth between the ages of 7 through 18. We offer classes in traditional American Karate-Do. This program is designed to build stamina, focus coordination, self control, self discipline and most of all, humility towards mankind. The techniques we teach have been field tested and taught to you in a safe and controlled environment.

This is a day program planned full of camaraderie and fun in one of the Pennsylvania paintball sites. This program promotes teamwork, concentration, coordination and timing. Paintball enhances principles of positive youth development, while teaching the youth to use their critical thinking skills in a foreign environment. Participants are between the ages of 12 and over.
