we Teach and Tutor LLC is an educational management solutions company that provides direct services to children and their families through school systems, child care organizations and youth service agencies in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Our vision is to develop the public-private partnership that fosters the optimal service delivery for students, the schools, and the school system. The mission is to recruit and retain the schools' most valuable human resource - teacher support.

Approaching our fourth year of operation, we have successfully expanded the human services division to include a Maryland state licensed Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program - Upright. The Upright program is a community-based PRP. It was approved in April 2003 by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality.

Our Executive Management Team is Mark C. Booker, President & CEO, Andrew E. Jones, Vice President & COO, Jenifer Eby, Business Manager, and Janet Adams, Chief Development Officer. Together we have a 13-year relationship with school systems and human service industries. We incorporate the key strategies of role modeling and mentoring in our service delivery with teacher aides, tutors, advocate-mentors, and residential support staff. An active team of 120 employees brings competencies that include certifications, academic degrees, professional experiences, and rehabilitated life skills. The educational staff of we Teach and Tutor consists of teachers, CPI/IEP aides, paraprofessionals and instructional assistants. Human service staff includes advocates, mentors, support staff, residential counselors and tutors.

Our hours of operation are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday with on-call services on Saturday and Sunday. We serve school systems for an entire school year during the weekday hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Childcare organization and youth service agencies receive services during the hours of 6:00 am to 12 midnight, seven days a week.
